How to buy and price
Our online prices are automatically displayed based on the country you are viewing our site from. We offer support for major international currencies and multiple language options for an optimal experience.
Payment methods
- Bank transfer
If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, please contact us for our bank details. We accept payments in multiple currencies including EUR, USD, AUD, CAD and NZD through our dedicated accounts. Please note that bank transfer payments must be confirmed before your order is shipped. - Credit Card and Online Payments
We accept all major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. Payments via Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other solutions like Shop Pay are also available through our secure payment platform.
Important
All watches remain the property of Aeon Vintage Watches until full funds are received. Orders will only be shipped after payment has been confirmed to ensure a secure and reliable transaction.
For exported items, taxes, such as VAT and customs duties, are not applied at the time of purchase. These charges will be borne by the buyer. We therefore recommend that buyers inquire about possible charges.

Delivery
Our products are shipped in 100% recyclable cardboard packaging and protected by 100% recycled packing sheets.
For watches and pens sold without their original box, a 100% recyclable cardboard box or pouch will also be provided, ideal for a gift and for optimal protection.
Also, sheathed or wooden cases are available for sale.
First of all, we have between 1 to 2 days for the processing time of your order.
Delivery time for orders will be approximately 3-5 business days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We ship our orders from Paris, France.
For deliveries outside the European Union, taxes and customs fees may apply. These fees are not included in the amount of your order and remain the responsibility of the buyer upon delivery.
We mainly use DHL for international and local deliveries.
We will provide you with a tracking number so you can track your order in real time.

Our vintage watches, made several decades ago, are precious objects that require special attention to preserve their proper functioning.
To take care of it:
- Avoid any contact with water, even for initially waterproof models.
- Protect your watch from shocks, vibrations and magnetic fields, which could affect its mechanisms.
We recommend that you have your watch checked by a watchmaker every 3 years to ensure its longevity and good working order.
We recommend that you have your watch battery replaced by a professional watchmaker or jeweler near you. This ensures a safe replacement and minimizes the risk of damaging your watch.

The dating of our watches is based on in-depth research, relying on elements such as the serial number, model reference or other reliable clues.
For watches without original documents, the date indicated generally corresponds to the year of manufacture and not to that of their marketing or sale.
